Okay, so I am the latest EVER to this particular party, I know, but WHO WANTS TO TALK WITH ME ABOUT THE MIDDLEMAN? YES I AGREE WITH THIS. I am...probably going to watch episode 8 sometime tonight? So we are at about the same place (except my copy of episode 3 was borked, so I haven't actually seen that one. thank god for shows without much of an overall plot arc!)

BASICALLY I am really intrigued by the whole dynamic where the middleman ACTS like he's a million years older than Wendy, when realistically he can't be more than ten years older, max, from what we know (although JUST SO WE ARE CLEAR, ann arbor high ditched that name in the 50s and has been Pioneer High, home of the pioneer pioneers! since long before the middleman was a twinkle in his daddy's eye.
