Ok, this has nothing to do with any of this but dude. DUDE. You totally camp counsel (is that the term?) at my fav summer camp from days of yore! Long, Long, LOOOONG Yore (like... 10 years?). But dude! I used to go to the 'lakes of the woods' camps for four summers! Most of middle school and a year of high school! Three years of Lac and one year of Waldsee. :D I SO KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. I LOVED CAMP.

Anyway, totally not relevant but I have NEVER met anyone in LJ land (or the rest of my life, for that matter) who has any idea of the joy of the Lakes! Northern MN! Misquitos the size of your face! International Day! I learned to sing 'I Want To Hold Your Hand' in German! Plaisir d'Amour!
