1) Fic, obviously! My fandoms are: SGA, dS, BSG, and pearl_o's imaginary fandom. Within those: McKay/Sheppard, OT4, crossovers of glee or DOOM, genderfuck, or plotty thinking linguistics-based gen; F/K or F/V/K, crossovers of pretty much any stripe, genderfuck and other wrong things; pretty much anything involving Starbuck being awesome; ANYTHING EVER.

(also, if anyone wanted to write (or could point me to) some fic for The Thin Man, I would be extremely happy. Nick and Nora for the WIN, people.)

2) covers for fic? or icons? they would make me happy. Or anything that was drawn or made for me, honestly - I'm kind of easy, artistically speaking.

3) music pimpery! I am always interested in new tuneskies. Tastes include: Dave Carter and Tracy Grammer, Erin McKeown, the Headstones, Mike Doughty, Eddie From Ohio, Elvis Costello, JBE, Peter Mulvey, Regina Spektor.

4) a job. not that you all should hire me, but if you happen to know about internships or general employment opportunities for someone who is a languages geek, point me that way?

5) boots of much sex. (Not, as pearl_o pointed out, books of much sex.)

6) a place to live. again, not much y'all can do about this one, but happy apartment-finding thoughts would be nice.

In other news, I'm 45 minutes from handing in my last syntax assignment of the quarter (Icelandic case marking, ack!), which means that your days of listening to me whine about syntax are over. Unless I've failed the class, in which case you'll hear me again next fall, when I re-take it and hate my life EVEN MORE.

But let's not think about that. Let's just rejoice in the end of the Days Of Syntax, and welcome in the Days Of...well, technically it's the Days Of Finals And Sublet-Hunting, but I'm hoping that those will soon become the Days Of Writing Lots.
